the staff went above and beyond, the room had a balcony with incredible views, and the location was perfect for experiencing the city. the lobby was welcoming and the room had great attention to detail, making it cozy and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, immediately accommodating our request for a late checkout. They were attentive and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel itself is far less pretentious compared to others in the area, which was a pleasant surprise. Our room, although small, was well laid out with comfortable twin beds. We appreciated the cleanliness and newness of the hotel. The public spaces in the lobby were inviting and provided a comfortable place to relax. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions such as the 9/11 Memorial and Greenwich Village. We also enjoyed walking along the East River Walkway. the hotel offered a cozy and clean atmosphere with friendly staff, making it a great choice for a New York stay.
The hotel's location near the Holland tunnel entrance made it difficult to navigate through the constant traffic, especially if using a taxi. This added to the overall expenses of our stay, as the hotel's initial appealing price was inflated by additional fees and expenses.

Loved the small, homely rooms, 24/7 deli store, and modern atmosphere. Delicious restaurant and great location for work.
Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints.

Our room was tiny, the bathroom had minimal privacy, and the lobby was often crowded. We could hear our neighbors and the air conditioner was loud. However, the rooftop bar and comfortable beds were highlights of our stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. it's super close to soho - west village, and more - making it easy to explore. the staff are extremely friendly - approachable and helpful.
Would be happy to recommend.
